Sandeep; Associate Director with nearly a decade’s worth of experience under his belt, dealing exclusively with party wall and neighbourly matters, spending those years working in specialist central London practices. He has gained a wealth of experience advising a significant number of high-net-worth individuals while developing super prime residential properties. His experience also extends to the commercial sector where he has provided advice to developers on site constraints and third-party obligations.
Sarah; Associate Director, Chartered Surveyor, has extensive party wall and neighbourly matters advice since 1996 with acknowledged skills in all aspects of administrating the legislation for owners.
