Having been exclusively operating as a specialist party wall and neighbourly matters surveyor for the last 15 years, Mark has accumulated extensive working and practical knowledge of the Act.
Whether acting on a substantial residential project or a complex commercial scheme; Mark is able to deliver professional services through to conclusion both within programme and on budget
Working closely with all stakeholders and taking a proactive approach, Mark prides himself on delivering a personable and bespoke service.
Mark has fostered good relationships across the industry, be it with the design teams or his counterparty, he is also is at the forefront of current debates within the industry and is fully up to date with the latest case law and current determinations landing in the courts.
He holds a degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Chartered institute of Builders – MCIOB.
