Behan secure major development with Howard de Walden
Behan Partnership are delighted to act as party wall surveyors and daylight consultants for Howard de Walden Estate on the redevelopment of Thayer and Marylebone Lane. The redevelopment will demolish two existing buildings and develop a new modern office building with high quality retail accommodation at ground and basement, with entrances on to both Thayer Street and Marylebone Lane, circa 30,000 sqft.
