Working closely with all stakeholders and taking a proactive approach, Mark prides himself on delivering a personable and bespoke service.
Mark has fostered good relationships across the industry, be it with the design teams or his counterparty, he is also is at the forefront of current debates within the industry and is fully up to date with the latest case law and current determinations landing in the courts.
He holds a degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Chartered institute of Builders – MCIOB.

Behan Partnership are appointed as the Building Owner’s Surveyor for the prestigious Holborn Viaduct project, a £250 million development designed by PLP Architecture and led by Royal London Asset Management. Our role was to handle all party wall and neighbourly matters, and we successfully completed all party wall and associated neighbourly and third party agreements required for the scheme.

This landmark project, with its BREEAM Outstanding rating, is set to deliver nearly 36,000 square metres of premium office space and will contribute significantly to London’s status as a leading global business hub, while supporting the local economy through job creation.

Behan Partnership have delivered Grosvenor surveys and schedules ahead of sale
Behan Partnership are delighted to have delivered Grosvenor detailed surveys/Schedule of Condition for their recently completed redevelopment at North Row, Mayfair, ahead of the property’s sale.
The building, originally constructed in 1898 and Grade II listed, has been comprehensively redeveloped behind the retained façade to deliver over 5,100 sq ft of high-quality commercial space arranged over four floors.
Our instruction was time-sensitive, with the client seeking to formally record the condition of the property prior to handover. We carried out a detailed inspection, capturing all relevant areas including floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and external envelope elements.
The completed schedule provides a reliable reference point post-handover, offering our client peace of mind and supporting clear allocation of responsibility moving forward.
We were pleased to support Grosvenor on this scheme and to contribute to the successful conclusion of a landmark West End development.
